IS Dongseo raised the contract value for an Ulsan housing redevelopment project to ₩480.31 billion from ₩450.21 billion. The increase is ₩30.10 billion, or 6.7%. The revised total equals 49.82% of 2019 consolidated revenue and excludes VAT. Construction covers 1,521 apartments and related facilities. It runs from August 2026 through October 2029, but the contract allows further changes.
