Daewoo E&C raised its Sanseong redevelopment contract from ₩542.5bn to ₩559.7bn. The revised amount equals 6.47% of FY2019 consolidated revenue. The Seongnam project covers 3,487 apartments and runs through November 27, 2027. Daewoo receives payment from apartment sale proceeds without an advance. Contract provisions allow further changes to cost and timing.
