KB's board declared its regular quarterly cash dividend at 1,155 won per common share, with a record date of 7 August 2026. The 405.5bn won total is calculated on 351,106,111 shares, and the filing warns that the aggregate will change because the buyback resolved the same day keeps retiring shares up to the record date. The per-share amount is fixed; the total is an estimate.
The 0.7% figure in the filing is a Korean disclosure convention — the dividend divided by the average close over the week before the resolution, for this quarter alone. It is not an annual yield. Annualising the 1,155 won rate against the 166,600 won close gives roughly 2.77% before tax. For a US holder of the NYSE ADR, Korea withholds on that at a treaty-capped 15%, leaving about 2.36%. The buyback declared alongside it carries no such withholding.
