YC will supply memory-wafer testers to Samsung Electronics for ₩162.15 billion. The order equals 59.48% of YC's 2025 consolidated revenue and excludes VAT. The contract runs from August 26, 2026 through June 30, 2027. Samsung will pay 90% after delivery and 10% after setup. The disclosed signing date is the date YC received the customer's purchase order.
