Semi Five agreed to supply data-center AI inference accelerator chips to HyperAccel from September 8, 2026 through June 15, 2028. The customer will pay 10% at signing, 60% after the first product delivery and 30% after completion. The filing withholds the contract value at the customer’s request. It therefore gives no basis to measure the order against Semi Five’s ₩120.95bn of 2025 revenue. The delivery schedule may change.
