Semi Five (KOSDAQ:490470) signed a supply agreement for data-center AI inference accelerator chips with HyperAccel on Tuesday, the company said in a Korean exchange filing. The contract value was withheld.
The chip designer will produce the devices itself. HyperAccel will pay 10% at signing, 60% after the first product delivery and the remaining 30% after supply is completed.
The filing does not identify the delivery region or disclose a minimum purchase volume. Semi Five said the supply schedule may change as the project proceeds.
Semi Five’s market capitalisation was ₩0.5 trillion at Tuesday’s close. The undisclosed contract value prevents investors from measuring the order against that figure.
HyperAccel requested confidentiality for the price. The agreement runs from September 8, 2026 through June 15, 2028.
