SNT Holdings disclosed a contract won by subsidiary SNT Energy. The unit will supply heat recovery steam generators for Korea Southern Power's Hadong combined-cycle project. The ₩128.15 billion value excludes VAT and equals 21.14% of SNT Energy's 2025 consolidated revenue. The contract runs through December 31, 2029. Its price and schedule may change during the project.
SNT Holdings subsidiary SNT Energy will cancel 919,675 treasury shares on September 16. The shares equal 4.45% of the 20,680,783 shares outstanding before cancellation. The count will fall to 19,761,108. The filing values the shares at ₩30.17 billion using the prior day's closing price. SNT Energy already owns them, so no new purchase is required. Stated capital will not change.
