Daewoo E&C disclosed a ₩222.88bn contract to build four eight-story housing blocks with 1,208 rooms at the US military base in Pyeongtaek. The contract equals 2.77% of FY2025 revenue. The company removed the completion date because it is negotiating a change with the Defense Installations Agency. It will file again after the date is fixed.
