Intekplus signed a ₩5.32bn substrate inspection equipment contract with Alkaid Tech. The value equals 5.93% of FY2025 consolidated revenue. Terms require a 30% advance and 60% after shipment. The remaining 10% is payable at least 12 months after equipment arrival. The contract runs from August 21, 2026 through April 15, 2028. Terms may change as the work proceeds.
