Doosan Fuel Cell Reveals ₩35.3 Billion, 20-Year Maintenance Contract

Doosan Fuel Cell disclosed the price of a contract that had been confidential since September 2025. The company will maintain a byproduct-hydrogen fuel-cell plant for Ulsan Eneroot No. 2 for 20 years. The ₩35.3 billion value excludes VAT and equals 8.57% of 2024 consolidated revenue. Doosan Fuel Cell Signs ₩501.4 Billion US Data-Center Supply Deal

Doosan Fuel Cell will supply fuel-cell systems for US data centers to affiliate HyAxiom. The ₩501.4 billion contract equals 110.25% of 2025 consolidated revenue. It runs from September 1, 2026 through April 20, 2028. Payment terms are 20% upfront, 75% during delivery and 5% at completion. The filing says the price and schedule may change as the project proceeds.
