DL E&C amended its Digital Seoul 2 contract to ₩524.3bn from ₩489.1bn. The Gimpo data center will provide 64MW of IT capacity. Completion moves to August 31, 2028, from May 31. The revised contract equals 6.3% of FY2024 consolidated revenue. The customer pays monthly according to construction progress and provides no advance payment. The filing says the amount and schedule can change as work proceeds.
