NH Investment Bond Demand Reaches Eleven Times Planned Sale - Yonhap

NH Investment & Securities (005940) received about ₩2.2 trillion of orders in a bond bookbuild, Yonhap reported Tuesday. The demand was about eleven times the planned offering amount.

The securities carry an AA+ credit rating and are unsecured. Yonhap reported the result after institutional investors completed the demand forecast. The report described the planned sale as the firm's own corporate bond issuance.

The candidate report did not state the final coupon or maturity allocation. It also did not give a revised issue size after the bookbuild. The company's market capitalisation was ₩9.8 trillion at Tuesday's close.
