GS Engineering & Construction Corp. (006360) plans to market a 499-home apartment complex in Busan during October, Newsis reported Tuesday. The project is called Yeonje Gallery Xi.
The site is at 1123-1 Yeonsan-dong in Busan's Yeonje district. Three buildings will rise as high as 43 floors above four basement levels. All homes will have 84-square-meter floor plans across four layouts.
The planned mix includes 112 A-type homes and 114 B-type homes. It also has 39 C-type homes and 234 D-type homes. The company's market capitalisation was ₩3 trillion at Tuesday's close.
