SK biopharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. (326030) reorganized its neuroscience research operation and hired a new leader, Dailian reported Tuesday. The unit now reports directly to the chief executive.
The company appointed Kim Tae-ho as vice president and head of the neuroscience division. Kim previously spent 12 years working in neuroscience research and development at Novartis. SK biopharmaceuticals is also placing physicians across major medical functions.
The company described the changes as part of an end-to-end drug development structure. The report did not state Kim's start date beyond the current reorganization. The company's market capitalisation was ₩6.5 trillion at Tuesday's close.
