Hanmi Pharm. Co., Ltd. (128940) and YC Corporation (232140) joined a regional recruitment fair, Dailian reported Tuesday. Korea's industry ministry held the event in Daejeon.
Sixty-six mid-sized companies from semiconductors, biotechnology and machinery participated. The fair drew more than 2,000 job seekers. Hanmi Pharm represented biotechnology, while YC was among semiconductor employers.
The ministry held the event at the Daejeon Convention Center on September 8. Companies met candidates seeking jobs outside the Seoul region. The report identified five growth regions and three special regions as the policy framework. Hanmi Pharm.'s market capitalisation was ₩6 trillion at Tuesday's close.
