NH Investment Opens Retail Government Bonds For DC And IRP - report

NH Investment & Securities (005940) opened orders for retail government bonds in defined-contribution and IRP accounts, Korea Economic Daily reported Tuesday. The subscriptions are limited to those retirement account types.

Defined-contribution plans let employees direct investments within their employer retirement account. An individual retirement pension is a separate Korean tax-advantaged retirement account. NH Investment began accepting applications through its retirement pension service.

The candidate report did not state an order deadline or minimum subscription amount. It also did not list a separate fee for the bond application. The company's market capitalisation was ₩9.8 trillion at Tuesday's close.
