Doosan reported finance costs of ₩1,513.0bn in FY2025 and ₩1,546.3bn in FY2024, against operating income of ₩1,062.7bn and ₩1,003.8bn.
Doosan's electronics business reported first-quarter 2026 revenue of ₩702.3bn, up 53% year on year and its highest quarterly figure on record.
Doosan agreed on 31 July to buy 70.61% of SK Siltron from SK Inc. for ₩2,300bn, equal to 18.8% of Doosan's own equity, closing around 31 January 2027.

Doosan Corporation is the holding company at the top of the Doosan Group, one of Korea's oldest industrial conglomerates, founded in 1896. Through it sit Doosan Enerbility, which builds power plant turbines, nuclear reactor components and small modular reactors; Doosan Bobcat, the compact construction equipment maker familiar to any American who has rented a skid-steer loader; and Doosan Robotics. Unusually for a Korean holding company, Doosan Corporation also runs substantial businesses of its own. The largest is an electronic materials arm making copper clad laminate — the insulating base layer inside printed circuit boards — which has become a beneficiary of demand for AI server hardware. It also has hydrogen fuel cell, logistics automation and digital services units. For a US reader it is a conglomerate parent whose value comes both from stakes in listed subsidiaries and from a components business selling into the data centre buildout.
