Hyundai E&C increased its share of the Gwangmyeong District 11R redevelopment contract to ₩959.72bn from ₩920.80bn. The revised value equals 3.1% of FY2025 revenue on this site. Hyundai E&C has a 70% project share and will build 4,291 apartments across 25 towers. Work is scheduled from August 8, 2025 to June 7, 2029, but the contract allows changes to price and timing.
