LS Electric Raises US Data-Center Power Equipment Deal to ₩230.9bn

LS Corp's subsidiary LS Electric will supply power equipment and distribution systems for a US data center project. The buyer is LS ELECTRIC AMERICA Inc., which is LS Electric's own US subsidiary. LS Electric first signed this contract on June 8, 2026. On August 21 the price was raised enough to cross Korea's disclosure threshold. The revised contract is worth 230.9 billion won, about $165.7 million. That equals 4.65% of LS Electric's FY2025 revenue. The work runs from June 2026 to January 2027. Payment follows each shipment. The filing says the US subsidiary itself won the underlying data center project from an unnamed "Big Tech" customer, and LS Electric is the equipment supplier behind that win.
