BHI signed a ₩145.25 billion contract to supply equipment for a combined-cycle LNG power project in Kuwait. The value equals 18.8% of 2025 consolidated revenue. The customer is Tie Jun International (HK), and the contract runs through April 15, 2029. BHI received a 10% advance. Work had already started under a limited notice to proceed, and BHI had collected part of the price before formal signing. The price was translated from USD 106 million at ₩1,370.30 per dollar and may change during construction.
BHI revised its overseas combined-cycle power equipment contract to ₩54.91bn from ₩56.58bn. The value equals 13.6% of FY2024 consolidated revenue. The contract now comprises USD 38.60m plus EUR 276,000. It runs through February 13, 2029. The buyer is the construction partnership named in the filing. Payment is due within 45 days of invoicing.
