KIA CORPORATION (000270) will open its second-half recruitment round on September 15, Dailian reported Tuesday. The company called it its largest hiring round in three years.
Kia will recruit new graduates and experienced workers across 30 areas. The roles cover manufacturing, IT, business planning, corporate support and research and development. The company will also assess applicants' ability to solve problems using AI.
Graduating university students and holders of bachelor's or master's degrees may apply for new-graduate roles. Experienced candidates must follow the requirements in each posting. The company's market capitalisation was ₩49 trillion at Tuesday's close.
