People & Technology (137400), or PNT, raised a battery-electrode equipment contract to ₩114.57bn and extended it to July 31, 2028, the company said in a DART filing on Wednesday.
The contract was previously worth ₩114.53bn. Its equipment portion is $70.20m, while services account for another $15.10m. The equipment is for battery-electrode production.
PNT said the new end date is 90 days after the customer's start of production. The change reflects when payment will finish and does not indicate a project delay.
The revised contract equals 15.4% of PNT's FY2025 revenue, using the financials on this site.
The customer and sales region remain confidential at the counterparty's request. PNT said it will disclose both after the confidentiality period ends on July 31, 2028.
