Intekplus Wins ₩6.08 Billion Semiconductor Inspection Equipment Order

Intekplus (064290) won a ₩6.08bn overseas order for semiconductor and substrate inspection equipment from Accutech, the company said in a DART filing on Wednesday.

The underlying contract is worth $4.53m. Intekplus converted it at the September 8 base exchange rate of ₩1,342.60 per dollar. Accutech acts as an agency in the semiconductor business.

Accutech will pay 30% at signing and 30% when the equipment arrives. Another 30% follows installation and testing, with the final 10% due after acceptance. Intekplus will produce the order in-house.

The order equals 6.78% of Intekplus' FY2025 revenue, using the financials on this site.

The contract started on September 5. Intekplus expects the final payment by November 30, 2027, although the filing says the schedule and terms may change.
