  • No quarterly guidance culture. Most KRX companies give no EPS or revenue guidance; the preliminary filing is the first number the market sees, and there is no consensus beat/miss ritual built around it.
  • Preliminary first, then the report. The 잠정실적 filing carries revenue and operating profit; net income and the balance sheet come with the full report weeks later.
  • Consolidated is the headline. Korean companies report consolidated (K-IFRS) and separate (parent-only) figures; kstock uses consolidated unless the page says otherwise.
  • Fiscal years end in December for almost every listed company, so Q4 is derived: the annual figure less the nine-month cumulative.
