Amorepacific's skincare brand Ilyoon is launching \"Derma Expert Pro,\" a new product line sold only through dermatology clinics and medical spas.
AMOREPACIFIC (090430) disposed of treasury shares in two separate transfers under one report, the company said in a filing: 28,317 common shares to employees on August 3 at KRW 130,000, and 5,632 preferred shares to executives on August 25 at KRW 45,250.
