Fadu Discloses ₩39.58bn Enterprise SSD Controller Order From Overseas Customer

Fadu (440110) received a ₩39.58bn enterprise SSD controller order from an overseas NAND flash memory manufacturer, the company disclosed in an August 12 filing. The contract's underlying dollar value is $27.968m.

The purchase order arrived on August 11. Deliveries run through February 1, 2027, and the customer pays within 30 days after delivery. Fadu (440110) will outsource production.

The filing records similar contracts with the same customer during the previous three years. It does not name the buyer, citing a confidentiality request through February 1, 2027.

The order equals about 42.8% of Fadu's (440110) FY2025 consolidated revenue.
