South Korean gasoline prices fell for a sixteenth consecutive week, Yonhap reported Saturday, citing the Opinet fuel price service. Average prices reached ₩1,860.2 per liter for August 30 through September 3.
That was ₩1.1 below the previous week's average, while diesel declined ₩0.7 to ₩1,844.5 per liter. Seoul recorded the highest regional gasoline average at ₩1,906.6 per liter, and Daegu recorded the lowest at ₩1,833.0.
Dubai crude averaged $99.9 per barrel, up $7.6 from the previous week's average in the same report. S-Oil Corporation (010950): The company's market capitalisation was ₩17.7 trillion at Friday's close.
