Korea Exchange Sets September Listing for Stock Treasury ETF - Yonhap

The Korea Exchange scheduled a new stock and Treasury bond ETF for September 8, Yonhap reported Friday. Mirae Asset Global Investments will launch the fund with an initial price of ₩10,000 per unit.

The passive fund will allocate half its portfolio to stocks in the S&P 500 index. It will place the other half in US Treasury securities with remaining maturities of one year or less.

The listing will bring the number of ETFs on Korean exchanges to 1,168. Mirae Asset Securities Co., Ltd. (006800): The company's market capitalisation was ₩18.7 trillion at Friday's close.
