Korean Mixed Bond ETF Assets Grow 59.1% Since January - Yonhap

Korean ETFs combining stocks and bonds held ₩24.3725 trillion on September 3, Yonhap reported Sunday. Their combined assets increased 59.1% from the end of January, according to financial information provider FnGuide.

The total includes funds holding domestic or foreign bonds and excludes target date fund ETFs. Eighteen mixed bond ETFs listed between January and August, including twelve using domestic bonds and six using overseas bonds.

Eleven of those new ETFs included Korean or foreign semiconductor shares. Samsung Securities Co., Ltd. (016360): The company's market capitalisation was ₩7.8 trillion at Friday's close.
