Hanmi Pharm. Co., Ltd. (128940) was selected for government support to introduce AI in quality assurance, Dailian reported Monday. Samsung SDS Co., Ltd. (018260) will build the infrastructure for the project alongside other technology partners.
The system will learn approximately 4,000 standard operating procedures and use them to answer questions grounded in internal documents. The project also covers drafting quality reports from the company's own quality data.
Hanmi will coordinate information security and links between the new system and existing internal platforms. The company's market capitalisation was ₩6.1 trillion at Monday's close.
