The Korea Life Insurance Association began operating AI systems for complaints and advertising reviews, Yonhap reported September 7. Its complaint system analyzes customer conversations in real time and supplies staff with relevant information while automatically classifying issues.
The advertising system performs an initial review of online banners before a staff member makes the final decision. A separate internal rules system searches 136 association documents to help employees find applicable provisions for their work.
