The assistants help customers communicate during account opening and explain how to use financial products and banking services. They provide English and other languages selected for each branch, according to the bank's description of the program.
The service will operate on branch-specific schedules through the end of December under the announced arrangement. The company's market capitalisation was ₩4.8 trillion at Monday's close.
