Ipark Hyundai Development Company (294870) selected four companies for construction technology trials following a proposal competition, Newsis reported Monday. The company reviewed 114 submissions before choosing the participants through document screening and presentations.
The selected technologies include automated parking infrastructure and an autonomous painting robot for construction work. Other proposals cover systems to prevent large formwork panels from falling and materials used to repair cracks and joints.
The developer will provide funding for field trials and evaluate the technologies before expanding their use at construction sites. The company's market capitalisation was ₩1.5 trillion at Monday's close.
