Hanyang ENG (045100) signed a ₩148.1bn piping construction contract with Samsung C&T for work in Pyeongtaek, the company said in a filing on Monday. The order is worth approximately $109.3m at ₩1,355.20 per dollar.
The work covers the first general-piping package in phase one of the P5 project. Construction runs from September 15, 2026, to September 30, 2027. The stated contract amount excludes VAT.
Samsung C&T will pay 10% in advance within 15 days of signing. The remaining 90% will be billed and paid according to construction progress. The filing lists no conditional contract amount.
The order equals 13.2% of Hanyang ENG's (045100) FY2025 consolidated revenue. The company said it had performed similar contracts for the customer during the preceding three years.
The filing says the amount and schedule may change during execution. It records September 7 as the date the electronic contract was completed.
