CS Wind Signs ₩151bn US Wind-Tower Supply Deal With Vestas

CS Wind (112610) signed a ₩151bn wind-tower supply agreement with Vestas American Wind Technology for the United States, the company said in a filing on Monday. The underlying order is denominated at $111.41m.

The contract runs from September 4, 2026, through July 2, 2027. The company identified the end date as the final delivery date. It signed the agreement on September 4.

Vestas will provide no deposit or advance payment. The disclosed payment formula adds 60 days to delivery, moves to that month-end and then adds five days.

The order equals 5.2% of CS Wind's (112610) FY2025 consolidated revenue. The company said the amount and delivery period may change through customer discussions and project progress.

The filing converts the dollar order into won using the first quoted base exchange rate on September 7: ₩1,355.20 per dollar.
