DL E&C (375500) increased its Gimpo data-center construction contract with Digital Seoul 2 to ₩524.3bn, the company said in an amended filing on Monday. Completion now falls on August 31, 2028.
The earlier disclosure put the contract at ₩489.1bn and completion at May 31, 2028. The company attributed both revisions to an amended contract. The revised amount is approximately $386.9m at ₩1,355.20 per dollar.
The project, named ICN11 Data Center, provides 64MW of IT capacity. Its building plan spans four underground levels and eight above-ground floors. The contract amount excludes VAT.
The revised value equals 7.1% of DL E&C's (375500) FY2025 consolidated revenue. Parent DL (000210) filed a corresponding notice of the subsidiary's contract amendment.
Digital Seoul 2 provides no advance payment. It pays monthly according to construction progress. The filing retains May 12, 2025, as the original contract date.
