Daishin Securities Co., Ltd. Unit Draws Demand for Debt Offering - Yonhap

Daishin Securities Co., Ltd. (003540) distressed-debt subsidiary received ₩1.589 trillion of bond demand on Monday, Yonhap reported. The subsidiary sought ₩150 billion and said it could consider increasing the issue to ₩300 billion.

Orders reached ₩684 billion for two-year notes and ₩905 billion for three-year notes during the offering process. The issuer plans to use proceeds for debt repayment, according to the September 7 report.

Korea Investment, NH Investment, KB, Shinhan and Samsung securities firms serve as joint lead managers. The company's market capitalisation was ₩1.3 trillion at Monday's close.
