Kyung Dong Navien Co., Ltd. (009450) launched heated sleeping mats with Australian wool filling in their covers, Newsis reported Monday. The September 7 announcement introduces updated hot-water and carbon heating models under the Navien sleeping mat range.
Both models use a cotton-blend fabric on the surface and wool filling inside the cover, the company said. The hot-water model replaces its previous zippered cover with a detachable pad designed for removal and washing.
The mats' AI sleep mode uses smartphone-detected breathing sounds to assess sleep stages and adjust the temperature. The company's market capitalisation was ₩0.9 trillion at Monday's close.
