Korean Exports to India Rise 30.8% Through August - Yonhap

Korean exports to India reached $16.8 billion in January through August, increasing 30.8% from a year earlier. Yonhap reported Monday that Korea's trade promotion agency released the figures on September 7 alongside product-level export data.

Imports from India totaled $5.03 billion, up 16.2%, while August exports reached a record $2.34 billion for that month. Semiconductor exports during August 1 through 25 rose 177.5% year on year to $690 million.

Petrochemical exports over that interval reached $320 million. SK hynix Inc. (000660): The company's market capitalisation was ₩1,302.5 trillion at Monday's close.
