KB Financial Group Inc. (105560) signed a cooperation agreement with BS Group on Wednesday. Yonhap reported the signing at BS Hanyang Tower in Seoul.
Five KB units and three BS companies joined the agreement. The parties listed renewable power plants and energy terminals among their cooperation areas. They also included housing, industrial parks, AI cities and AI data centers. Corporate finance work may cover mergers, acquisitions and initial public offerings.
KB Kookmin Bank and KB Securities were among the participating financial units. The company's market capitalisation was ₩61 trillion at Wednesday's close.
