Daewoo Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd. (047040) won a ₩413.43 billion Seoul redevelopment contract. Newsis reported the company's filing on Wednesday.
The project will build 2,200 apartments and related facilities in Sanggye-dong, Nowon District. Daewoo E&C signed the construction agreement with the local redevelopment association. The contract equals 5.13% of the company's 2025 consolidated revenue. Work is scheduled for 42 months from the actual construction start.
The contract amount and schedule may change during construction. The filing was announced on September 8. The company's market capitalisation was ₩8 trillion at Wednesday's close.
