Korean Air Bond Sale Draws ₩463 Billion in Orders - report

Korean Air Lines Co., Ltd. (003490) received ₩463 billion of orders in a corporate bond bookbuilding. Chosun Biz reported the demand on Tuesday.

The orders were submitted during the airline's institutional demand forecast. The same report said NH Investment & Securities received ₩2.2 trillion of demand for its own issuance. Korean Air's order total reflects investor submissions before final bond pricing and allocation. The supplied candidate text did not state the airline's planned issue size or maturity.

The bookbuilding took place before the bond sale. The company's market capitalisation was ₩11 trillion at Wednesday's close.
