Hanmi Semiconductor Chairman Plans Additional ₩700 Million Share Purchase - report

Hanmi Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (042700) Chairman Kwak Dong-shin plans another ₩700 million share purchase. Dailian reported the plan on Wednesday.

Kwak is scheduled to buy the shares in the market on October 7. His ownership would rise to 33.63% after completion. Purchases since 2023 would total ₩70.2 billion. His 2026 purchases include ₩3 billion in April and ₩8 billion in June. He also bought ₩5 billion in July.

The planned October purchase would bring this year's total to ₩16.7 billion. The company's market capitalisation was ₩23.9 trillion at Wednesday's close.
