Deliveries run from September 8, 2026 through June 15, 2028. HyperAccel will pay 10% at signing and 60% after the first product delivery. The final 30% is due after completion. The filing withholds the contract value at the customer's request. It also says the delivery schedule may change.
Semi Five reported ₩120.95 billion of 2025 revenue in the filing context. The company's market capitalisation was ₩0.5 trillion at Wednesday's close.
