The won traded at ₩1,350.4 per dollar at Friday's 3:30 p.m. benchmark, Yonhap reported. The exchange rate fell ₩8.9 from Thursday and reached its lowest daytime benchmark since June 30, 2025.
The rate touched ₩1,349.5 during the afternoon after opening at ₩1,358.5 in the Seoul currency market. It had declined for three consecutive sessions at the daytime benchmark, according to the report.
The won's cross rate against the yen stood at ₩864.62 per 100 yen. Hana Financial Group Inc. (086790): The company's market capitalisation was ₩36.8 trillion at Friday's close.
