SK Inc. (034730) subsidiary SK ecoplant opened a competition seeking technology partners for its construction businesses, Newsis reported Monday. The program covers 22 technology areas, including AI data center systems and robotics for construction sites.
The company is seeking solutions for power and cooling alongside design and operational efficiency in data centers. Other areas include modular construction and automation of logistics and installation work by outside technology providers.
Selected companies will work on joint development, with commercialization and technology funding support also subject to review. The company's market capitalisation was ₩44.3 trillion at Monday's close.
