Hillstate Songpa The Grid will contain 1,393 units across ten buildings. The buildings will range from four basement levels to 16 floors. Unit sizes will run from 34 to 119 square meters. The project forms the first residential part of the Songpa-Wirye The Grid mixed-use development.
The broader development has about 1.66 million square meters of floor area. The company's market capitalisation was ₩14.9 trillion at Wednesday's close.
