Hyundai Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd. (000720) plans to offer 1,779 homes in Pyeongtaek this month. Newsis reported the sales schedule on Wednesday.
The Hillstate Godeok Eliste project spans two blocks in Godeok International New Town. Block A12 will contain 942 homes in buildings up to 23 stories. Block A65 will contain 837 homes in buildings up to 27 stories. Every unit will have an exclusive area of 84 square meters.
The company said sales are scheduled during September. Both blocks use the Hillstate brand. The company's market capitalisation was ₩14.9 trillion at Wednesday's close.
