The amendment also trims how EcoPro BM will use the proceeds: the "other-company securities acquisition" bucket — the money Ecopro's own board pledged to help fill via its 120%+ oversubscription commitment — falls from ₩915.0bn to ₩886.1bn planned, while separate facility-fund (₩150.0bn) and working-capital (₩135.0bn) lines shown in the prior version are both zeroed out in this correction, meaning the shrinking headline raise is being absorbed entirely out of the "buy securities in other companies" bucket rather than spread across uses. EcoPro BM is a "major subsidiary" whose ₩4.88tn of assets equal 49.92% of Ecopro's own consolidated ₩9.78tn asset base, which is why Ecopro must report EcoPro BM's material events under Korea's subsidiary-disclosure rule.
