Gn Cenergy Co., Ltd. (119850) will invest ₩30 billion in KC A Bridge New Technology Fund, Yonhap reported Friday. The report cited a company disclosure filed on September 4.
Gn Cenergy will own 26.7% of the fund after the contribution. The fund plans to use a special-purpose company to join the acquisition of communications and data-center infrastructure company SK TNS.
The company's market capitalisation was ₩0.7 trillion at Friday's close. Gn Cenergy said the investment will link the target with its data-center, power-generation and energy businesses, and its planned fund stake is 26.7%.
